                                            We provide hotel/villa pickup and drop-off service.
The above hotel/villa pick-up price is per car, with a maximum passenger capacity of 6 people, excluding luggage. If there are more than 6 people, the price will be calculated as two cars.
The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
Please wait in the hotel/villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.
Clearly indicate your name, hotel/villa address, and room number.
The driver will only wait for you for 15 minutes from the pick-up time. If it exceeds 15 minutes, the driver will leave the pick-up location and you will not receive a refund.

You will receive confirmation immediately. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please contact us.
To use your voucher on the selected date and time, you will need to present your mobile voucher to the operator

If you cancel the booking on the same day, only 25% of the payment will be refunded.
If you cancel within 5 days from the date of travel, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
No refund will be given if you cancel your reservation on the day of travel.
The operator reserves the right to cancel the event if unforeseen problems or bad weather occur. If this happens, you can reschedule or request a 100% refund
