Pickup Information

• Please select your preferred pickup time in the reservation form. For example, if you choose morning pickup, please select either 08:00 or 08:30 and we will pick you up at your selected time.
• A car can accommodate up to 6 people (excluding luggage). If there are more than 6 people, they will be divided into 2 cars. If there are more than 10 people, they will be arranged in a large car (15-seater car).
• Small car : If there are 1 to 4 people, it can accommodate 4 standard-sized luggage (2 28-inch suitcases and 2 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
• Large car : If there are 1 to 10 people, it can accommodate 10 standard-sized luggage (5 28-inch suitcases and 5 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
• The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
• Please wait in the hotel or villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.
• Clearly indicate your name, hotel or villa address, and room number.
