- A waterproof bag is provided to keep the rafting participants’ belongings on the boat dry and safe (such as mobile phones, cameras), but for greater safety, it is recommended that valuables can be placed at home/hotel/villa.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
- This rafting activity will be combined with other participants, as one boat can carry 6 people and a whitewater rafting guide.
- You should wear shorts or a swimsuit.
- Please arrive before 3pm, last order is 3pm, no pick up after 3pm.
- Thing to bring : Change clothes, Toiletries (such as soap and shampoo, if you want to shower and wash your hair), Sunscreen.

- The above hotel/villa pick-up price is per car, with a maximum passenger capacity of 6 people, excluding luggage. If there are more than 6 people, the price will be calculated as two cars.
- The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
- Please wait in the hotel/villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.
- Clearly indicate your name, hotel/villa address, and room number.
- The driver will only wait for you for 15 minutes from the pick-up time. If it exceeds 15 minutes, the driver will leave the pick-up location and you will not receive a refund.

- To use your voucher on the selected date and time, you will need to present your mobile voucher to the operator
- If you cancel the booking on the same day, only 25% of the payment will be refunded.
- If you cancel within 5 days from the date of travel, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- No refund will be given if you cancel your reservation on the day of travel.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel the event if unforeseen problems or bad weather occur. If this happens, you can reschedule or request a 100% refund
