Pickup Information
- Please select your preferred pickup time in the reservation form. For example, if you choose morning pickup, please select either 02:00, 02:30, 03:00, 03:30 or 04:00 and we will pick you up at your selected time.
- A car can accommodate up to 6 people (excluding luggage) . If there are more than 6 people, they will be divided into 2 cars. If there are more than 10 people, they will be arranged in a large car (15-seater car).
- Small car :Β If there are 1 to 4 people, it can accommodate 4 pieces of standard size luggage (2 pieces of 28-inch suitcases and 2 pieces of 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
- Large car :Β If there are 1 to 10 people, it can accommodate 10 standard-sized luggage (5 28-inch suitcases and 5 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
- The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
- Please wait in the hotel or villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.

- To use your voucher on the selected date and time, you will need to present your mobile voucher to the operator
- If you cancel the booking on the same day, only 25% of the payment will be refunded.
- If you cancel within 5 days from the date of travel, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- No refund will be given if you cancel your reservation on the day of travel.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel the event if unforeseen problems or bad weather occur. If this happens, you can reschedule or request a 100% refund
