- A car can accommodate up to 6 people (excluding luggage).
- Small car : If there are 1 to 4 people, it can accommodate 4 standard-sized luggage (2 28-inch suitcases and 2 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
- Large car : If there are 1 to 10 people, it can accommodate 10 standard-sized luggage (5 28-inch suitcases and 5 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
- The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
- Please wait in the hotel/villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.
- Clearly indicate your name, hotel/villa address, and room number.

- You will receive confirmation immediately. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please contact us.
- To use your voucher on the selected date and time, you will need to present your mobile voucher to the operator
- If you cancel the booking on the same day, only 25% of the payment will be refunded.
- If you cancel within 5 days from the date of travel, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- No refund will be given if you cancel your reservation on the day of travel.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel the event if unforeseen problems or bad weather occur. If this happens, you can reschedule or request a 100% refund
