Pickup Information
- Please select your preferred pickup time in the reservation form. For example, if you choose morning pickup, please select either 08:00 or 08:30 and we will pick you up at your selected time.
- A car can accommodate up to 6 people (excluding luggage). If there are more than 6 people, two cars will be arranged. If there are more than 10 people, a large car (15-seater car) will be arranged.
- If there are 1 to 4 people, it can accommodate 4 standard-sized luggage (2 28-inch suitcases and 2 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
- The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
- Please wait in the hotel/villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.
- Clearly indicate your name, hotel/villa address, and room number.
- Please arrive before 3pm, last order is 3pm, no pick up after 3pm.

- Please pay the surcharge to the driver in cash. The price is per vehicle.
- IDR 100.000/car : Jimbaran area, Tanjung Benoa area, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu area.
- IDR 350.000/car : Singaraja area, Lovina area, Kintamani area, Kelungkung area, Karang Asem area, Padang Bay area.
- There is no entrance fee to Ubud Market and Ubud Palace.
- Tegalalang Rice Terraces IDR 25,000 per person .
- Holy Spring Temple IDR 50.000 per person .
- Cash, Tickets to tourist attractions, Camera/Mobile phone.
- A waterproof bag is provided to keep the rafting participants' belongings on the boat dry and safe (such as mobile phones, cameras), but for greater safety, it is recommended that valuables can be placed at home/hotel/villa.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
- This rafting activity will be combined with other participants, as one boat can carry 6 people and a whitewater rafting guide.
- You should wear shorts or a swimsuit.

Terms and Conditions
- You will receive confirmation immediately. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please contact us.
- To use your voucher on the selected date and time, you will need to present your mobile voucher to the operator
- If you cancel the booking on the same day, only 25% of the payment will be refunded.
- If you cancel within 5 days from the date of travel, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- No refund will be given if you cancel your reservation on the day of travel.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel the event if unforeseen problems or bad weather occur. If this happens, you can reschedule or request a 100% refund
- This activity is not recommended for people with high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, asthma, other medical diseases, pregnant women, young children, the elderly, or people with disabilities.
