  • A waterproof bag is provided to keep the rafting participants’ belongings on the boat dry and safe (such as mobile phones, cameras), but for greater safety, it is recommended that valuables can be left at home/hotel/villa.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
  • This rafting activity will be combined with other participants, as one boat can carry 6 people and a whitewater rafting leader.
  • You should wear shorts or a swimsuit.
  • Please arrive before 3pm, last order is 3pm, no pick up after 3pm.

  • We provide hotel/villa pickup and drop-off service.

  • The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
  • Please wait in the hotel/villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.
  • Clearly indicate your name, hotel/villa address, and room number.
  • The driver will only wait for you for 15 minutes from the pick-up time. If it exceeds 15 minutes, the driver will leave the pick-up location and you will not receive a refund.
