Pickup Information
- Please select your preferred pickup time in the reservation form. For example, if you choose morning pickup, please select either 08:00, 08:30, 09:00 or 09:30 and we will pick you up at your selected time.
- A car can accommodate up to 6 people (excluding luggage). If there are more than 6 people, they will be divided into 2 cars. If there are more than 10 people, they will be arranged in a large car (15-seater car).
- Small car : If there are 1 to 4 people, it can accommodate 4 standard-sized luggage (2 28-inch suitcases and 2 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
- Large car : If there are 1 to 10 people, it can accommodate 10 standard-sized luggage (5 28-inch suitcases and 5 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
- The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
- Please wait in the hotel/villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.
- Clearly indicate your name, hotel/villa address, and room number.

Terms and Conditions
- You will receive confirmation immediately. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please contact us.
- To use your voucher on the selected date and time, you will need to present your mobile voucher to the operator
- If you cancel the booking on the same day, only 25% of the payment will be refunded.
- If you cancel within 5 days from the date of travel, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- No refund will be given if you cancel your reservation on the day of travel.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel the event if unforeseen problems or bad weather occur. If this happens, you can reschedule or request a 100% refund
- This activity is not recommended for people with high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, asthma, other medical diseases, pregnant women, young children, the elderly, or people with disabilities.
