                                            A car can accommodate up to 6 people (excluding luggage).
Small car : If there are 1 to 4 people, it can accommodate 4 standard-sized luggage (2 28-inch suitcases and 2 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
Large car : If there are 1 to 10 people, it can accommodate 10 standard-sized luggage (5 28-inch suitcases and 5 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.
The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
Please wait in the hotel/villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.

If you cancel the booking on the same day, only 25% of the payment will be refunded.
If you cancel within 5 days from the date of travel, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
No refund will be given if you cancel your reservation on the day of travel.
The operator reserves the right to cancel the event if unforeseen problems or bad weather occur. If this happens, you can reschedule or request a 100% refund
