- Please wait in the hotel/villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time .
- Clearly indicate your name, hotel/villa address, and room number .
- The driver will only wait for you for 15 minutes from the pick-up time. If it exceeds 15 minutes, the driver will leave the pick-up location and you will not receive a refund .
