- The maximum passenger capacity is 6 people, excluding luggage. If there are more than 6 people, the price will be calculated as two cars.
- If there are 1 to 4 people, it can accommodate 4 standard-sized luggage (2 28-inch suitcases and 2 24-inch suitcases). If you bring a small bag, you can put it on your lap.

- The hotel pick-up and drop-off service must be booked at the same location. If the pick-up and drop-off points are different, an additional IDR100.000 per car will be charged. Please pay the surcharge in cash to the driver. The price is calculated per car .
