- The operator will confirm the pick-up 1~2 days in advance.
- Please wait in the hotel/villa lobby 5~10 minutes before the pick-up time.
- Clearly indicate your name, hotel/villa address, and room number.
- The driver will only wait for you for 15 minutes from the pick-up time. If it exceeds 15 minutes, the driver will leave the pick-up location and you will not receive a refund.
- The hotel pick-up and drop-off services booked must be at the same location. If the pick-up and drop-off points are different, an additional IDR100.000/car will be charged.
- Please pay the surcharge to the driver in cash. The price is per car.
Terms and Conditions

- To use your voucher on the selected date and time, you will need to present your mobile voucher to the operator
- If you cancel the booking on the same day, only 25% of the payment will be refunded.
- If you cancel within 5 days from the date of travel, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- No refund will be given if you cancel your reservation on the day of travel.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel the event if unforeseen problems or bad weather occur. If this happens, you can reschedule or request a 100% refund
